8. You Smell Unexplained Odors/Scents – Another sign from spirit guides is unexpected smells. The scent of a perfume that your aunt once wore, the aroma of lavender from your grandmother’s garden, the odor of fish (which may indicate that a ghost is present!), or the stench of cigarette smoke wafting past you when nobody is smoking around you may indicate that your guides are encouraging you to make a decision or alerting you of potential danger. 16. Flickering Lights and Faulty Technology – This scenario is usually depicted in horror movies when a ghost or demon is present. While it is possible for dark entities to make themselves known by fiddling with the electricity in your house, it is also a sign of spirit guide communication. After all, everything is energy, so it makes sense that your spirit guides (who are vibrating at a different frequency to us) might mess up the electricity. Some people are gifted with clairaudience – the power to recognize energy shifts through hearing. If you notice that a spiritual high-pitched ringing in the left early suddenly occurs out of nowhere, it might indicate that someone on Planet Earth who maintains an energy tie with you is potentially talking about you. Alternatively, if you hear a spiritual high-pitched ringing in the right ear, it’s a sign that your spirit guides or Guardian Angels are trying to communicate with you.
